Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton infant born at a gestational age of more than 34 weeks 2. Infants aged 0-12 months (with adjusted age for preterm infants) 3. Infants from resident families in Chongqing, Shanghai, Shijiazhuang, Dongguan, and Zhengzhou
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infants with a history of birth asphyxia (Apgar score >8), seizures, confirmed brain injury (e.g., neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, periventricular leukomalacia, intraventricular hemorrhage, etc.), mechanical ventilation use, congenital malformations, or a family history of genetic or metabolic disorders. 2. Households enrolled between 1-6 months of age who were lost to follow-up at 6 months of age due to migration or other reasons
