Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Underwent surgical treatment at this hospital, agreed to participate in the trial, and signed the informed consent form; 3. Class I/II surgical incisions with a length >= 3 cm, no identifying marks (e.g., tattoos, birthmarks, etc.) in the incision area, and the incision meets discharge criteria: At suture removal/discharge, the patient’s incision and surgical site pain level must be assessed—normally, the patient should have no significant pain; additionally, the incision healing status and surgical site should be examined for redness, swelling, increased skin temperature, or tenderness; 4. Possesses normal reading and writing abilities and can use mobile applications; 5. Patients with severe cognitive or neurological impairments or those unable to participate independently may qualify if a caregiver acts as a proxy; 6. Surgical types: Postoperative incisions from esophageal surgery, liver surgery, pancreatic resection, and other common surgical procedures in thoracic surgery, general surgery, and orthopedics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ failure, other immunosuppressive diseases, or conditions deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator; 2. Incision images caused by non-surgical factors; 3. Concurrent wounds unrelated to the surgical incision, such as pressure injuries.
