3ES group:Subjects trained 3 days per week and were required to complete 3 workouts per day, each with a 30s:30s work interval, i.e., the maximum number of repetitions completed at full strength in 30
S group:Subjects trained 3 days per week and were required to complete 1 workout per day with a work interval of 30s:30s, i.e., the maximum number of repetitions in 30s at full effort, followed by 30s

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-39 years old, normal weight, BMI screening referred to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Overweight and Obesity in Adults (Trial); 2. Daily sedentary time 8h, weekly MVPA =1 session per week for >=4 weeks) in the past twelve months; 4. Caffeine intake of no more than 300mg per day in the last month; 5. no chronic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes; 6. absence of any body fat disorders or diseases that interfere with physical activity;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bone fracture or joint strain and sprain within six months; 2. Patients with renal dysfunction, such as diabetes, high/low blood sugar patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular dysfunction, such as heart disease, angina pectoris, high blood pressure; 3. Patients with asthma, heart disease, tumors and other contraindications to exercise.
