Interventions

Test group:Use 1-2 bags of amino acid peritoneal dialysis solution daily for 24 consecutive months.
Pairing group:Pairing was carried out according to the patients gender, age, serum albumin, baseline residual renal function, transport characteristics, diabetes and other complications

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 70 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Stable peritoneal dialysis treatment for PD patients for more than 3 months; 3. Weekly total K t/V>1.7; 4. Urine output>200m/day; 5. The binding capacity of carbon dioxide is greater than 22mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peritonitis has occurred within the past 3 months; 2. Contraindications for amino acid peritoneal dialysis fluid; 3. Received a kidney transplant during the study period.
