Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old, gender not limited; 2.The operation requires tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3.Agree to sign the informed consent form for this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There is an allergic reaction to dezocine or other opioid drugs or a history of allergy; 2.Evaluation of high respiratory tract stress response and difficulty in tracheal intubation; 3.Pregnant women or perinatal women; 4.There is a history of mental illness and there are language, cognitive and other disorders.
