Continuous intravenous infusion of ketamine during surgery
After surgery, a multimodal analgesia regimen mainly consisting of local infiltration anesthesia with bupivacaine liposomes, nerve block, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was adopted.
Control group:Routine anesthesia methods during surgery and postoperative intravenous analgesia pump analgesia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65; 2. According to the "Common Diagnostic Classification and Functional Outcome Evaluation Criteria of Orthopedics", the patient had a clear history of trauma and was diagnosed as hip fracture by preoperative X-ray film; 3. Elected hip fracture surgery at Nanjing Gulou Hospital, ASA I-III; 4. The patient has a primary school education level or equivalent education level or above, and was able to communicate normally before the injury; 5.Preoperative undiagnosed mental disorders, cognitive impairments, and important organ dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with allergies to related drugs and contraindications to the use of ketamine; 2. Patients who have fractures in other parts before surgery and undergo other types of surgeries during hospitalization; 3. Individuals with a history of delirium and Alzheimer's disease; 4. Long term use of painkillers, history of mental illness, and failure to take relevant medications on time.
