Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 21 years or older, with an intact cervix; 2. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form, agreeing to provide peripheral blood, cervical exfoliated cells, and cervical tissue samples for this study; 3. No clinical symptoms suggestive of pregnancy and not currently lactating; 4. No history of cervical surgery, and able to complete the entire colposcopy procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV or Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) positive test result; 2. Diagnosed with coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, or currently receiving anticoagulant therapy, or taking medications/foods that inhibit platelet aggregation and blood clotting; 3. Undergoing long-term steroid or immunosuppressive therapy; 4. Vaginal douching or use of intravaginal medications (e.g., contraceptive creams) within 3 days prior to examination; 5. Sexual intercourse or application of acetic acid/iodine solution within 24 hours prior to examination; 6. Physical or mental inability to undergo routine cervical cancer screening.
