27 Years to 54 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 27 and 54, with more than 5 years of clinical nursing experience in geriatrics; 2. Possess a valid nurse practitioner license; 3. Good communication skills, able to effectively participate in interviews; 4. Informed and agreed to participate in this study; 5. Having participated in the implementation of DRG payment for more than five years and accumulated certain experience in nursing management decision-making;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Interns, standardized training students, advanced study students; 2. Nursing staff absent from duty due to sick leave, personal leave, maternity leave, or external training, among other reasons;
