Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent; 2.Elderly patients with hip fracture; 3.Patients over 65 years old; 4.Patients undergoing surgical treatment; 5.No serious systemic involvement, such as severe pericardial effusion, pulmonary interstitial disease, renal tubular acid, Poisoning, atrophic gastritis, autoimmune liver disease, etc;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; 2. Patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension; 3. Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with tumors; 5. Patients with pre-existing psychiatric disorders or psychosis. 6. Patients with active tuberculosis (TB), receiving anti-tuberculosis therapy or Anti-tuberculosis therapy within 1 year prior to screening; 7. HIV-positive people; HBsAg positive and positive HBV DNA copy number (fixed assay >= 1000cps/ml); Chronic hepatitis C blood screen positive (HCV antibody positive); 8. Other conditions judged by clinicians or investigators to be unsuitable for enrollment.
