Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 45-75 years old It meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia of the Third Edition of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3); No systematic insomnia treatment (including medication or psychotherapy) has been received in the past month, and no drugs that can act on the central nervous system have been taken in the past month. No electroconvulsive shock or transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment has been received within the past 6 months. I have the ability to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other mental disorders that conform to Axis 1 of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV); Personality disorder or mental retardation; There has been drug or alcohol dependence within the past year; Severe suicidal tendencies or suicidal behaviors; There are organic lesions of the nervous system; There are major physical diseases, chronic unstable physical conditions, pregnant or lactating women, hearing and visual impairments, and contraindications for near-infrared examination.
