Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.aged between 1 and 6 years; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of ? or ?; 3.body mass index (BMI) between 14 and 18kg/m^2; 4.being scheduled to undergo FFB under anesthesia for the following indications: pneumonia, broncho-alveolar lavage (BAL), airway mucosal biopsy or foreign body removal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) <90% prior to FFB; 2.preoperative acute exacerbations of cough; 3.history of allergy to related medications; 4.contraindications for the use of muscle relaxants include conditions such as mediastinal tumors; 5.hypertrophy of the tonsils and adenoids may potentially affect the proper placement of the laryngeal mask; 6.second- or third-degree heart block; 7.history of asthma;
