Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the indications for elective percutaneous coronary angiography; (2) Patients requiring distal radial artery puncture and catheterization; (3) Aged 18 to 80 years; (4) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with language and consciousness barriers who are unable to communicate; (2) Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; (3) Patients with potential neurological injury risks such as limb numbness on the puncture side before surgery; (4) Patients currently experiencing systemic skin infections or allergies; (5) Patients requiring PCI intervention therapy after coronary angiography.
