Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient Inclusion Criteria:Hospitalized patients undergoing abdominal surgery; Age >= 60 years; Stable vital signs with no aphasia or intellectual impairment (MMSE score >= 27); Voluntarily participated and signed informed consent. Inclusion criteria for medical staff: More than 3 years of working experience in hepatobiliary surgery; Physicians and nurses with rich experience in the treatment and care of delirious patients; Informed consent and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: Admission time <= 24 hours; Patients with incomplete medical records; Patients who withdraw from the study midway. Exclusion criteria for medical staff: Those who need to withdraw midway for various reasons during the study.
