18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Age>= 18 years old, = 18 years old, < 75 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients who need to be extracted only for wisdom teeth and extra teeth, orthodontics, implant restoration, removable dentures, fixed dentures restoration, or those who have no oral diseases; 3. No benign or malignant tumors; 4. The whole body condition is acceptable, and there are no serious diseases of important organs such as liver and kidney; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group 1. Comorbid with primary immune system disease, primary hematologic disease or primary malnutrition; 2. Taking Chinese medicine or other drugs related to immune function and blood system; 3. Previous tumor treatment for head and neck cancer, such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy; 4. Inability to comply with experimental research procedures due to geographical, familial, social or psychological reasons; 5. Pregnant women. Control group 1. Suffering from primary immune system disease, primary hematologic disease, or primary malnutrition; 2. Taking Chinese medicine or other drugs related to immune function and blood system; 3.
