18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age 18-80 years old (including 18 and 80 years old); For a clearly diagnosed acute ischemic stroke, the time from the onset (defined as the time when the last appearance was normal) to the medication time was 4.5 hours. The mRS Score was 1 before the onset of this disease. The subjects or their guardians voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (any of the following): Need to take drugs to improve cognition or control mental illness during the study period; underlying cognitive impairment disease or mental illness.
