18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18~65 years old; 2. Diagnosed with non-specific chronic low back pain with symptoms lasting more than 3 months; 3. No radiating leg pain; 4. NRS score>=3 points; 5. The home environment allows remote training, with a stable Internet connection; 6. Be able to understand and use Chinese correctly and express their wishes clearly; 7. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe spinal lesions: patients with severe spinal lesions (such as spinal fractures, spinal cord injuries, spinal tumors, infections, etc.) or structural abnormalities; 2. Neurological diseases: patients with neurological diseases that affect motor control and postural stability (such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 3. Motor dysfunction: the presence of diseases or disorders that affect normal motor function; 4. Other disorders that affect balance: such as drugs, alcoholism, visual or vestibular disorders; 5. Respiratory diseases: patients with severe respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, etc.) that affect breathing exercises; 6. History of previous spinal surgery; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Current participation in other LBP-focused studies; 9. Unable to complete online training as required.
