18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-85 years old; 2. ASA ?-?; 3. Weight 45-110kg; 4. Height > 145cm; 5. BMI< 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to provide informed consent; 2. Inability to maintain right lateral decubitus position; 3. Anatomical abnormalities of the upper gastrointestinal tract or history of abdominal surgery compromising ultrasonographic examination (including prior esophageal/gastric procedures); 4. Non-compliance with preoperative fasting requirements; 5. Pregnancy. 6. Inability to identify distinct gastric antrum margins on ultrasonography during fasting assessment or post-fluid administration.
