Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with distal radius fractures combined with collapsed bone fragments in the central articular surface; 2. All patients received internal fixation surgery; 3. The healthy upper limb functions normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The functional insufficiency of the upper limbs on the healthy side; 2. Pathological fractures; 3. Incomplete patient information (e.g., missing information on follow-up).
