Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle-aged female age (40~60 years old) who meet the definition of China's census; Consistent with a clinical diagnosis of primary overactive bladder; Have a clear consciousness and good communication skills; use of smartphones; Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled acute and critical illness; Those who withdrew during the study
