Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Retrospective cohort: pregnancy between 2018 and 2024; aged 18-49 years at the time of pregnancy; routine prenatal examination in member units, with the first prenatal examination less than 14 weeks, and at least one prenatal examination in first, second and third trimesters; delivered or underwent pregnancy termination at the member units. 2.Prospective cohort: Women who are pregnant between 2025 and 2027, aged 18 to 49, have been registered in the member units, and are currently less than 14 weeks of pregnancy; plan to undergo regular prenatal examinations and deliveries at their respective member units; all child health care for the offspring will be completed at this research center before the age of three years; provide informed consent and agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Retrospective cohort: pregnant women without complete key information will be excluded. 2.Prospective cohort: participants will be excluded from the prospective cohort if they: withdraw from the study, transfer care to non-participating hospitals, or become lost to follow-up despite multiple contact attempts.
