Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing thyroid surgery for the first time, no history of other neck-related surgeries; 2. The operation is total thyroidectomy (the scope of surgery can include central lymph node dissection and lateral cervical lymph node dissection); 3. Normal preoperative levels of parathyroid hormone and serum calcium.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with parathyroid disease; 2. Postoperative pathological findings show that paraglandular tissue can be seen; 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Those who did not detect the four paraglands.
