Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological examination confirmed breast cancer, and within the postoperative chemotherapy cycle; 2. Age>= 18 years old; 3. GAD-7 score>=5 points; 4. PHQ-9 score>=5 points; 5.WHODAS 2.0 score >= 17 points; 6.Clear awareness, no intellectual disability, able to use smart phone APP operation; 7.Can fully understand the content of the questionnaire, and obtain the written consent of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) history of mental illness or taking psychoactive drugs; (2) Cancer metastasis, recurrence, or coexistence of other malignant tumors.
