Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Laparoscopic surgery, operation time <=4 hours; 3. Consistent with the clinical manifestations of postoperative fatigue syndrome; 4. Postoperative use of hot packs to improve fatigue syndrome; 5. Good general condition, no history of mental illness, no serious heart, brain, liver and kidney function abnormalities; 6. Be able to use a smartphone and follow the instructions to complete the installation and use of the platform; 7. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of physical mobility impairment; 2. Receiving additional interventional treatment during the study.
