Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical staff in the delivery rooms of the selected districts in Shanghai, including obstetricians and nurses, midwives, anesthesiologists and nurses, neonatologists/pediatricians and nurses. 2. Participants who have completely attended the two-stage neonatal resuscitation training organized by the NRSC-MPTI project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to participate in the training or assessment; 2. Those who refuse to complete the personal questionnaire; 3. Those who are unable to perform the examination due to physical or psychological factors (informed in advance).
