Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI) or Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI) score of >4 in patients with axSpA, or failure of NSAIDs therapy: at least two different kinds of treatment for more than 4 weeks without response or intolerance, each of which is the maximum therapeutic dose that can be tolerated; 2. Eligible for NSAIDS and/or sulfasalazine, excluding targeted drugs, glucocorticoids or methotrexate and other DMARDs; 3. Intended to receive targeted drug therapy for the first time.

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 years or inability to undergo MRI examination
