Volume filling group:5ml/kg voluven was given from the beginning of anesthesia to the completion of beach chair position
Control group:5ml/kg lactated ringer's solution was given from the beginning of anesthesia to the completion of beach chair position

55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 55~75 years old,BMI 18~30Kg/?,ASA Grade I to II,NYHA Grade I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with new cerebrovascular diseases within half a year, irregular use of antihypertensive drugs and poor blood pressure control, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, severe arrhythmia, etc.
