Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke dysphagia from the Department of Neurology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, Kunming, Yunnan Province, were selected. Met the diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for Early Rehabilitation Treatment of Stroke in China" and the "Evaluation of Part I of the Expert Consensus on the Assessment and Treatment of Dysphagia in China (2017 Edition)", and was diagnosed with dysphagia after stroke; 2. Age>=18 years; 3. The condition is stable, and the cognitive and communication skills are normal; 4. Complete information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other brain diseases; 2. Severe malnutrition; 3. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Combined with oral cavity and esophageal diseases; 5. Combined with malignant tumors; 6. Co-existing infectious diseases; 7. Comorbid immune system disease; 8. Drop out of the investigator halfway.
