18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 -80 years old; 2. Expected survival time of more than 6 months; 3. Locally advanced pancreatic cancer on imaging examination (defined using the 2021 NCCN guidelines); 4. Pathological puncture confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma; 5. Comprehensive assessment of tumor without distant metastasis; 6. Informed consent of patients and their families under the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 4 cycles due to inability to tolerate chemotherapy; 2. After chemotherapy, the evaluation is in line with the timing of surgery, but the surgical treatment is refused for various reasons; 3. Tumor progression after chemotherapy is completed; 4. Postoperative pathological confirmation of non-pancreatic adenocarcinoma; 5. Patients or family members withdraw from the study protocol halfway through for various reasons.
