Pancreatic Duct Disruption Syndrome

Interventions

Test group :The pancreatic parenchyma was incised to explore the main pancreatic duct, into which a 6Fr silicone drainage tube (internal catheter) was inserted.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a preoperative diagnosis of pancreatic duct disruption syndrome and recurrent abdominal pain. 2. Patients in whom endoscopic treatment is technically challenging or has previously failed. 3. Patients with severe inflammation and edema of the pancreas and peripancreatic tissues, making them unsuitable for pancreaticojejunostomy or pancreaticogastrostomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative frozen section indicating pancreatic malignancy. 2. History of previous pancreatic resection.
