Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OAPS Group Inclusion Criteria:(1)Met the diagnostic criteria for Obstetric Antiphospholipid Syndrome (OAPS) as defined by the Chinese Society of Perinatal Medicine ;(2)Had complete medical records with maternal and neonatal outcomes confirmed through telephone follow-up. Healthy Control Group Inclusion Criteria:(1)Concurrently pregnant healthy women matched to the case group by gestational period;(2) Did not meet diagnostic criteria for either OAPS or NOAPS ;(3)No personal or family history of autoimmune disorders;(4)No usage of antibiotics, adrenocorticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or related medications during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of reproductive system abnormalities, such as uterine malformation, cervical incompetence, premature ovarian failure, etc.; (2) History of smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use that significantly impacts pregnancy outcomes; (3) Fetal demise resulting from major fetal malformations and fetal chromosomal abnormalities.
