Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A total of 206 patients who visited our hospital's gynecology and reproductive medicine center from January 2023 to January 2025 due to complaints of reduced menstrual flow, amenorrhea, or infertility, which were suspected to be caused by intrauterine adhesions, were selected for this study. All these patients underwent transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination on their ovulation day and hysteroscopy on the 3rd to 5th day after their menstruation ceased.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to hysteroscopy. 2. Patients who, due to multiple factors, were unable to obtain clear three-dimensional images. 3. Congenital uterine anomalies (such as unicornuate uterus, septate uterus, etc.). 4. Patients with adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, or endometrial polyps. 5. Patients with antiphospholipid syndrome, Sjogren's syndrome, or positive autoimmune antibodies. 6. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperthyroidism, or other endocrine system disorders.
