Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Within 24 hours of onset, and thrombolytic or thrombectomy treatment is administered within 24 hours, meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and confirmed by imaging studies such as CTA+CTP or MRI. 2. Receiving treatment within 24 hours of onset. 3. Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who die within 24 hours of admission or are discharged. 2. Individuals with a history of brain hemorrhage or brain trauma; 3. Individuals with a history of malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or systemic infections before onset; 4. Individuals with missing or omitted information.
