Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients newly diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) or heritable pulmonary arterial hypertension (HPAH) in our hospital after January 1, 2018; 2. Patients voluntarily undergo genetic testing, agree to participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form; 3. Patients receive treatment with at least one pulmonary arterial hypertension-targeted medication, including phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors (PDE5i), soluble guanylate cyclase stimulators (sGC), endothelin receptor antagonists (ERA), prostacyclin analogues (PGIs), or prostacyclin receptor agonists.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) classified under WHO Group 1, excluding idiopathic PAH (IPAH) and heritable PAH (HPAH); 2. Patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) classified under WHO Groups 2–5; 3. Patients with incomplete key clinical data or other factors deemed ineligible for participation by the investigator.
