Interventions

physical exercise group:moderate-intensity physical exercise task (both 15 minutes of treadmill exercise and 10 minutes of power cycling exercise).
low-frequency rTMS+ physical exercise group:10-minute low-frequency rTMS (1Hz) session, and then complete the same exercise tasks as PEG.
high-frequency rTMS+ physical exercise group : 10-minute high-frequency rTMS (10Hz) session, and then complete the same exercise tasks as PEG.
control group:received drug rehabilitation tasks of the same duration (such as reading) and did not participate in any form of physical exercise.

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranging from 18 to 50 years old; 2. Educational attainment of primary school or above; 3. Currently in a state of imprisonment and having undergone compulsory withdrawal rehabilitation for more than three months; 4. The diagnosis through structured interviews meets the assessment criteria for drug use disorder in DSM-IV; 5. Voluntarily participate in this research; 6. Through the assessment of the Physical Activity Adaptability Questionnaire (PAR-Q) , there was no physical disability or medical problem that prevented or prohibited participation in moderate-intensity aerobic exercise; 7. Normal vision or corrected vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People without MUD; 2. Have a history of mental illness or treatment history; 3. Have a history of heart or cardiovascular diseases; 4. Suffering from acquired immune deficiency syndrome or sexually transmitted diseases and other infectious diseases; 5. Those with regular exercise habits or who have received exercise intervention within the last three months.
