Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Combined with clinical manifestations and pathological diagnosis, patients diagnosed with non-lactating mastitis were diagnosed, Including plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous lobular mastitis, etc. 2.According to the clinical manifestations, NPM patients belong to post-ulcer type or multi-type coexistence type dominated by post-ulcer type. 3.Good communication, reading and writing ability. 4.The DT score was >= 4 points by the psychological pain thermometer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other acute inflammation or benign and malignant tumors of the breast; 2.Previous history of mental illness; 3.Complicated with other serious underlying diseases; 4.Pregnant women, lactating patients; 5.Recently, there have been major events, such as the death of relatives, resignation, divorce and so on.
