20 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. nurses working on the ward for =1 year. 2. History of chronic pain in the low back for =3 months; NRS =4 points. 3. Nurses were informed and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. those who have a history of low back surgery; 3. those who are unable to complete follow-up; 4. those who have other diseases that may predispose to low back pain. 5. those who are taking medications containing painkillers and those who have sought treatment within the past two weeks.
