Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for elderly stroke patients: (1) age>= 60 years old; (2) Stroke patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" [62], and have been diagnosed as stroke by cranial CT or MRI, and are in stable condition and are about to be discharged; (3) at least 1 caregiver; (4) Those who are conscious, and their vision or hearing do not affect normal communication and communication; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for caregivers of elderly stroke patients: (1) Age>= 18 years old, as the main caregiver of the patient; (2) Caring for patients for = 4 hours per day; (3) Those who are conscious and whose vision or hearing does not affect normal communication and communication; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this study; (5) Those who do not have serious physical diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for elderly stroke patients: (1) severe organic lesions or critically ill patients; (2) Those who have or have had neurological or psychiatric illnesses in the present or in the past; (3) Those who are participating in other investigators. Exclusion criteria for caregivers of elderly stroke patients: (1) paid caregivers; (2) Those who have a history of neurological or psychiatric illness or have existed in the past; (3) Those who are participating in other investigators.
