Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical or pathologic diagnosis of thyroid cancer who underwent thyroid cancer resection; 2. Age >=18 years, conscious and with communication skills; 3. Concomitant presence of 3 symptoms of pain, fatigue, and sleep disturbance (assessed on the day after the surgical procedure with >=1 point for pain, >=1 point for fatigue, and >=1 point for sleep disturbance); 4. Understand the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, participate voluntarily and sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of chronic pain disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome disorders, or sleep disorder disorders; 2. Previously participated in a similar intervention study in progress;
