Interventions

Intervention group:Over the 3-month intervention, participants will join 12 exercise classes, 3 health talks, and 3 nutrition activities.
Control group :Over the 3-month intervention, participants will have usual care. Health assessment will be conducted at 0th and 3rd month.

Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female ethnic minority residents living in informal and transitional houses, including sub-divided flats, who have completed a health needs assessment and have a BMI of 25 or greater.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are incapable to give consent and participants who are mentally incompetent will be excluded.
