Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. FTHUE-HK score of 4-7; 2. First-ever subcortical cerebral infarction with onset 2 weeks to 6 months; 3. Clinically defined hemiplegic manifestations; 4. Age >= 18 years; 5. Ability to comprehend and execute commands, with MMSE score >= 18; 6. Absence of upper extremity edema or pain affecting active movement;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to provide informed consent; 2. Botulinum toxin injection within 3 months or planned injection; 3. Non-ambulatory status even with walking aids; 4. Concurrent participation in other drug or hand function rehabilitation trials; 5. Significant discomfort during VR headset use;
