Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families need to fully understand the content of this study and sign an informed consent form; 2. Patients with type 2.2 diabetes, age >= 18 years; 3. Patients need to meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes specified in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes (2020 Edition) [18]; 4. Have received standardized treatment from endocrinologists for more than 3 months; 5. Physical fitness meets the obesity criteria, i.e. body mass index (BMI)>24 kg/m^2. 6. No allergic reactions to the drugs used in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Patients with severe mental illness or serious consciousness disorders; 4. Patients with diabetes hyperglycemia and hyperosmolality or diabetes ketoacidosis; 5. History of acute and chronic pancreatitis; 6. Patients with poor compliance who are unable to cooperate in completing the study.
