Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Junior school students and regular students aged 11-13 years were recruited, fully informed and received written informed consent from each participant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have a history of severe mental illness or mood disorder (such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) and participate in other interventional clinical studies
