Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed diagnosis of ACH (ICD-11 L40.2) with completed IL36RN genetic testing (homozygous/heterozygous/no mutation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are pregnant/lactating, have severe hepatic or renal impairment, or have malignant tumors. 2. Unreliable Key efficacy data are missing and cannot be inferred from medical records.
