Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for OSAHS; Age between 18 and 70 years old; ?Cooperate with sleep monitoring, serological testing, and other examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with sleep and respiratory disorders caused by other internal diseases such as hypothyroidism, vocal cord paralysis, acromegaly, and other special reasons, as well as those who abuse psychotropic drugs, long-term alcohol abuse, and other serious factors that affect test results; Combine patients with mental disorders, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, or tumors; Individuals who have used antibiotics, probiotics/prebiotics, or immunosuppressants within the past 4 weeks prior to enrollment.
