Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >=18 years old, meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", confirmed by CT or MRI, and have the first onset of the disease; After medical treatment, the condition is stable, the consciousness is clear, the vital signs are stable, can communicate in language or writing, and have the ability to read and write independently; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score <=15, Rankin Revised Scale (MRS) <=3;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who are participating or have participated in other research projects; Patients with other serious diseases (malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, severe trauma, respiratory failure, severe arrhythmia, frequent angina, heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc.), blind, deaf and dumb patients; Those with impairment of consciousness or cognitive impairment have a Mini-Mental Assessment Scale (AMT) score of < 8, or those with mental disorders, sensory aphasia and are unable to communicate.
