Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-time mothers, those aged 20 to 35, birth naturally, have a regular schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with a history of chronic diseases, including liver diseases, kidney diseases, mental illness, hypertension, heart diseases, diabetes, endocrine system diseases, etc; 2. Those with gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, and placenta previa; 3. Those with a history of drug use, drug abuse, or infectious diseases; 4. Night workers; 5. Vegetarian.
