18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective digestive endoscopy surgery and a BMI = 28 kg/m²; aged 18-80 years; ASA grade I-III; anesthesia method of non-intubation and spontaneous breathing general intravenous anesthesia (MAC anesthesia); no use of carbon dioxide gas during surgery; willing to sign the informed consent and strictly follow the clinical research protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Circulatory system diseases (heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia); b. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg) or hypotension (stolic blood pressure 2.5 mg/dL; g. Anemia or thrombocytopenia (hemoglobin <90 g/L, platelet count <80×10^9 /L); h. Coagulation dysfunction; i. Negative modified Allen test; j. Long-term alcohol abuse or use of psychotropic drugs, analgesics; k. History of anesthetic accidents and contraindications to anesthetic sedatives; l. Those who have participated in other drug clinical trials in the past three months
