Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >= 60 years old; 2 Elderly individuals without major diseases and capable of independent walking; 3 Possessing a certain level of cognitive ability and able to answer the researchers' questions; 4 Owning at least one smart device, such as a mobile phone or tablet, and being able to perform basic operations; 5 Giving informed consent, voluntarily participating and cooperating with the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with contraindications for exercise: such as severe cardiovascular diseases causing unstable vital signs, severe asthma, spinal nerve damage or surgical history, acute systemic infections, severe hypertension at rest, uncontrolled metabolic diseases; 2 Musculoskeletal and joint diseases like severe osteoporosis, fractures in the lower limbs, non-healed joint dislocations, severe limb pain, and any other conditions that may worsen or increase pain due to exercise; 3 Those with a history of mental illness, or accompanied by cognitive, auditory, or visual impairments, and unable to communicate normally; 4 Individuals with severe balance dysfunction.
