Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Developing the Prediction Model 1. Patient admitted via the emergency department. 2. Aged 18 - 65 years old. 3. Within 7 days after traumatic brain injury. 4. With a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 13 - 15 upon presentation. 5. Loss of consciousness for less than 30 minutes and post - traumatic amnesia of less than 24 hours. Inclusion Criteria for Patients Receiving Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) Treatment: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). 2. Presence of post-concussion syndrome symptoms such as headache, dizziness, attention deficit, memory impairment, and emotional instability within 7 days after mTBI. 3. Symptoms lasting for more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Contraindications to MRI. 2. Penetrating brain injury, spinal cord injury, or severe systemic injuries. 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. 4. Failure to obtain informed consent. 5. Obvious MRI artifacts and poor image quality.
