Pulmonary ground-glass nodules, early lung cancer

Interventions

Robot navigation assisted positioning group:RC120 navigation system was used to plan the puncture path. After 4-hook anchor localization, uniportal VATS wedge resection was performed.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-75 years, any gender; 2.Maximum diameter of pulmonary nodule no more than 20 mm; 3. The pulmonary nodules are located in outer two-thirds of the lung field and the outer edge is more than 5mm away from the pleura; 4.Understanding of the study protocol, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The pulmonary nodules were adjacent to the heart or hilar vessels 2. The pulmonary nodules located in the area covered by the scapula could not be located by percutaneous puncture. 3. Severe complications and advanced tumors are not suitable for surgical intervention. 4. Severe coagulopathy.
